The Gering-Ft Laramie Irrigation district will be hosting a public meeting Monday August 12, at 10:00 a.m. at the Panhandle Research & Extension Center (4502 Ave I, Scottsbluff, NE 69361) to update farmers and landowners on the repair of a collapsed tunnel disrupting irrigation water to 55,000 acres of cropland in Nebraska.
